Drab Majesty + support: SRSQ

The synth pop duo Drab Majesty toures with a new album in autumn. The mysterious act Drab Majesty from Los Angeles brings the unique hypnotic sound of the upcoming album Modern Mirror to Germany in autumn. After an intensive and extended tour to support the first two albums, artist Deb Demure and his musical partner Mona D. went to Athens. There they worked on the songs for their most ambitious album to date, which will be released in June 2019. The sound of Drab Majesty is reminiscent of synth pop greats like Depeche Mode but also bands like Joy Division. Pulsating basses alternate with dark keyboards and arpeggiated synths. Echoing voices ring over the sound. They are supported by SRSQ, Kennedy Ashlyn’s solo project (Them Are To Too).
